To some the question is…do I Trip or Treat? Personally, I don’t think I’ll be indulging in the later, but instead I’ll be dancing the night away.

Hampshire College’s annual Halloween party, aka Trip or Treat, is basically the place where a vast majority of the 5 college students wish they were….as of October 30th that is. The catch is…each Hampshire student has 4 extra tickets, and only 150 tickets are given to the other 4 colleges. I’ll be there on the Friday night before Halloween, and I’d say I’m pretty damn psyched about it.

I’m psyched, but I’ll be staying away from the psychedelic drugs that give name to the event. Here’s a Fun Fact though: Because of the widespread knowledge that the event is somewhat of a trip-fest, Trip or Treat was actually featured in Rolling Stones magazine.

As far as I’m concerned live music, multiple dj’s, and an assortment of halloween-oriented activities is just perfect for me. It’s deemed to be a crazy, all-night party, and I’m guessing there’ll be around 2000+ attendees. I just know I’m ready to get my groove on…as the Mad Hatter that is!
